Stocktaking software for stocktakers

Count a client's stock on your phones, blind, and hand them the report before you leave the building: what was counted, what did not match, and what it is worth at cost.

Every client kept apart

Each client is a company of its own on your account, with its own products, places and counts. Nothing is shared between two companies, and you switch between them from the top of the app.

Counted blind

A counter never sees what the records say while counting, because somebody who can see twelve counts twelve. Every difference is recorded as an adjustment with the counter's name and the time, never typed over the old figure.

The report, the same day

Print it on the spot: every place counted, what did not match with its value at cost, how many records were right, and a line for each side to sign.

Every counted line goes in a spreadsheet for the client's own records. The share of records that were right sits beside the one published study of real stores, with its age said plainly.

A crew on one job

Two people can count two places on two phones at the same moment without either one standing on the other's work. Counts carry on without signal and sync when it comes back. Scan with the phone's camera on Android, or a Bluetooth scanner on any phone.

What it costs a firm

A firm counting for other businesses needs a price that fits a crew, not one shop, and we have not set it yet. Tell us how many counters you have and how many clients you count, on the contact page. To try it on your own stock today, it is free up to 50 products.

Frequently asked questions

Can I keep each client's stock separate?

Yes. Each client is its own company on your account: its own products, places, counts and reports. Nothing is shared between two companies, so a report can only ever hold one client's stock.

Do counters see what the records say?

Not while they count. The expected figures stay hidden, and the report says how many records were right. A button shows them for somebody deliberately checking one shelf against a known figure, and the screen then says that count may read high.

What does the client get?

A printed report, the same day: what was counted, what did not match with its value at cost, how many records were right, and a line for each side to sign. Every counted line comes as a spreadsheet too.

Does it work without signal?

Yes. Counts are kept on the phone as they are made and sync when the connection comes back, so a cold room or a basement with no signal does not stop a count.

Can more than one counter work at once?

Yes. Two people can count two places on two phones at the same moment, and the counts are joined movement by movement without either one overwriting the other.
