There is no support team standing by around the clock - a real person reads every email and replies to it personally, which means it takes a little longer than a bot would, and means the answer is actually about your account rather than a script.

Cancelling and getting your data out
There is no self-serve cancel button yet: email support@customaidashboard.com and the subscription is stopped from that end. You keep access until the period you have already paid for runs out, and the free tier keeps working afterwards.
Your stock list and full movement history export as spreadsheets on every plan including free, at any time, and including after you cancel. Nothing is deleted.
