About StockRoom
StockRoom is stock control for small shops, warehouses and online sellers, built and supported by a small independent team in Australia.
Why it exists
Most inventory software is written for a company with a warehouse manager and an IT budget. StockRoom is written for the owner who counts the stock themselves, often after closing, often on a phone.
It does four things well: count what you have, show what it is worth, say where it is, and tell you what to reorder before you run out. It works in the browser and on a phone, and it keeps working when the signal drops in the back room.
What we promise

- Your data is yoursYour stock list and full movement history export as spreadsheets on every plan, at any time, including after you cancel.
- No cookies, no bannerThe site writes nothing to your device, so there is nothing to consent to. The privacy notice lists exactly what is collected.
- Free tools with no accountThe stock count, barcode generator and calculators work without signing up, and a count never leaves your browser.

StockRoom is built and run by a small independent business in Australia. The people who build the app also write these pages and read what comes in through the contact page.
You do not have to take our word for any of it. The terms, privacy notice and data processing agreement are published in full, and the free tools work without an account, so you can see how StockRoom counts and calculates before you give it anything.
