The documents that cover your use of StockRoom. Each one is written to be read, and each says what it covers at the top.

The three documents

• Privacy Notice - what StockRoom collects, why, who it is shared with, where it is held, how long it is kept, and your rights.
• Terms of Service - your account, plans, payment and renewal, cancelling and refunds, your data, availability, acceptable use and liability.
• Data Processing Agreement - how StockRoom processes your business data on your behalf.

Which one answers your question

If you want to know what is collected about you, who sees it and how to ask for it to be removed, read the Privacy Notice. If you want to know what you are agreeing to when you open an account, what a plan costs, how renewal and cancelling work, and what happens to your data if you stop paying, read the Terms of Service. If you are a business that keeps your customers' or suppliers' details in StockRoom and need to know how that data is handled on your behalf, read the Data Processing Agreement.

Your stock, your data

What you put into StockRoom is yours. The Terms of Service say what happens if you stop paying: your account becomes read-only, your data is not deleted, and export keeps working.

Where plans and prices are set out

The plans, what each includes and what it costs are listed on the pricing section of the home page and inside the app, and the Terms of Service describe how payment and renewal work. If a price on a page ever disagrees with the plan list in the app, the app is the one to trust, and we would like to hear about it so we can fix the page.
