Questions
Do I need barcode scanning hardware?
No. Your phone camera works. A Bluetooth scanner also works if you have one - it types into the same box. And you can always just type, which matters in a badly lit stock room or with older labels a camera struggles with.
What happens when I hit 50 products on the free plan?
Nothing disappears. Everything you have already added stays exactly where it is and stays exportable. You just cannot add a 51st product until you subscribe.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, on every plan including free, and including after you cancel. Stock list and full movement history as spreadsheets, plus a complete backup file that can be loaded straight back in. We test that restore on every release - a backup nobody has restored is not a backup.
How do I cancel?
One click in the app. You get a confirmation with a reference straight away.
Does it connect to eBay, Amazon or Etsy?
Not yet, and we would rather say so than imply otherwise. Marketplace access has to be approved by each of them, and those applications are in. Until they land you can import and export by spreadsheet, which needs nobody's permission.
Is my data safe?
Each business's data is isolated at the database level, not by application code that has to remember. Backups run daily and restores are tested. We are registered with the ICO.
